Return & Exchange Policy

Refunds on items are only accepted if there is a problem with a new garment produced with or by haüs atelier, vintage and archive garments are old and will have specified damage or wear on the listings which the buyer should be aware oF before purchase.

Returns will be handled via email with the SKU number provided for the purchase that was made along with a copy of the online receipt, a collection will be made for the item to picked up from the buyers address.

the item should arrive at haüs and go through a check before a refund is issued due to the

"wear once and return" culture.

Digital Downloads

Digital Purchases will result in a direct download from the website or a link will be sent to the email used to purchase which will be a direct link for a hd download of the issue purchased.
